Comments from NVQ candidates

Below are just some of the comments from our current NVQ candidates:

Josie Wilde, dispenser at the Gretton Surgery in Rutland: “it was great to meet the assessors from DD&P at the learning day. The DD&P team were so patient and understanding. I really enjoyed the day. The NVQ felt totally alien initially and then Teresa made us oldies feel at ease. I Look forward to working on my NVQ with DD&P.”

Olivia Pattenden , dispenser at The Uppingham Surgery in Leicestershire:  “I found the induction very informative. It was conducted in a relaxed manner and the information was set out in such a way that it was easy to digest. The assessors were approachable and able to answer all of my questions and concerns.”

Christine Evans, dispenser at The Uppingham Surgery in Leicestershire: ”The DD&P NVQ induction training workshop was an informative, yet informal insight in to starting a dispensing NVQ. It was helpful to meet those who will be assessing the NVQ portfolio’s, and it is good to know that they will be at the end of the phone should I required any advice or have any questions.”

Moyra Collins, dispenser at The Uppingham Surgery in Leicestershire: “Following a relaxed lunch we had a very professional presentation with an overall view of the NVQ course.  The information from all tutors was clear and informative and put everyone at ease to start the course. Support throughout the study time was discussed and further meetings arranged.”
