We are a City & Guilds Accredited NVQ centre (centre Number: 025666) and we aim to help dispensers achieve the highest recognised standards with minimal disruption to the day-to-day running of your business. We will provide you with contact with our NVQ assessors throughout your course, so that you are never left on your own. Our telephone and e-mail support service is available throughout the day.

Other distance learning courses that we provide

We understand how difficult it can be to take staff away from their job for training. In today’s fast paced world it is vitally important for staff to keep up to date with developments in their work to ensure business viability. It is a requirement of professional bodies that people working in dispensaries keep their knowledge up to date through continuing personal and professional development; and is also stipulated as a requirement in the DSQS.

Therefore we are constantly in the process of developing useful distance and online learning courses. All of our courses meet the requirements of the RPSGB and DSQS, and have been developed through focus groups and feedback from people who actually do the job. We are confident that our courses are relevant, and are easy to complete. Completion of all distance learning courses is accompanied by a formal certificate indicating the candidates achievements which can be kept in your CPD file.

We offer a full NVQ level 2 course certified by City & Guilds for dispensers working in dispensing doctor surgeries. We also offer NVQ equivalent courses for dispensers who do not wish to undertake a full NVQ. Both of our NVQ courses have been specifically designed for dispensers working in dispensing doctor practices and they comply with the requirements of the Dispensing Services Quality Scheme (DSQS). Our CPD evening / day-time workshops

In Addition to the distance learning CPD materials we also provide a series of workshops and seminars for those who have that little bit more time or who prefer to attend a face-to-face learning session.
